Ever since I posted my own version of the infamous Newspaper Nail Art on YouTube, I have been getting a lot of questions about what could be used in replace of the isoprophyl alcohol.
Apparently, the universal solvent WATER also works fine!

I usually see newspaper nail arts in white or gray base. This time I tried a light blue base and it looked great. So go ahead and step out of the white and gray shadow. :)
